NOTICE/ORDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS QUIET TITLE TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: It appearing, by affidavit filed in this action, that the whereabouts of the Defendants, Rodney Shepherd, Joanna Renee Zerr, Jeffrey Lee Tabor, Charles Ray Tabor, Billy James Tabor, Angie Diane Tabor, and Any Unknown Heirs of Mark Allen Tabor, claiming interest in the Estate of Charlotte Shepherd Tabor, is unknown. It is ordered that the Defendants, do serve upon Ryan Turner, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, an Answer, including any related counter claim of defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 14, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Further, a final hearing regarding the Plaintiff's Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Quiet Title is scheduled before the Honorable Judge Paul T. Farrell on April 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Cabell County Courthouse, Huntington, West Virginia.
