This Mechanic's Lien applies to the LEASEHOLD ESTATE which was assigned to IH Harp Charleston LLC by Assignment dated November 16, 2021, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Assignment Book 275, at page 125 and Assignment Book 275, at page 132 and more particularly described on Exhibit A. You are further notified that the undersigned has not been paid therefor and that he or she claims and will claim a lien upon your interest in the said lot (or tract) of land and upon the buildings, structures, and improvements thereon to secure the payment of $109,843.33.
