Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and standard practice of the automotive trade. Considerable knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade. Knowledge of various vehicles, such as automobiles, trucks, gasoline-powered engines, and diesel-powered engines. Skill in the use of tools, machines, and testing instruments of the trade. Ability to diagnose troubles in automotive and other equipment. Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions and to follow automotive diagrams. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public. Starting Salary $50,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience), excellent benefits; random drug/substance testing; at will employment.
