Notice of Sale Public Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 46-9-504 of the WV Commercial Code on April 24th, 2026, at 8:30 am at Capital City Auto Auction, 600 Winfield Road, St. Albans, WV 25177. Regional Acceptance will sell at auction the following described property. There is no admission or entrance fee to attend the public portion of the auction. Terms of sale; to obtain bidder badge requires a $500 Deposit (Cash) upon entrance to auction to be refunded if no purchases made upon exit at 11:00 am. Cash payment due at the time of sale. The bank reserves the right (1) to bid at the sale (2) to reject bids at the sale, and (3) to continue such sale to any other time and place of the sale set forth herein.
