The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the proposed project which will extend wastewater service along West Virginia Route 2 near the Huntington Area Development Council (HADCO) Industrial Park. The project consists of a wastewater treatment plant and the extension of sewer service to approximately 180 customers in the area.
